You own the strategy and the client.
I build the data layer underneath.
For marketing agencies, fractional CMOs, and CRM & loyalty consultancies: LucidDataMind is the data engineering partner for your client programs. You sell segmentation, lifecycle, retention, and LTV. I make the client's data able to deliver it.
The gap
Your client's customer data is scattered across CRM, POS, e-commerce, email, and spreadsheets. The program you sold needs a unified customer model underneath it — and neither you nor the client has a data engineer to build one. That's the work I do.
What I deliver under your engagements
A unified customer master with identity resolution and dedupe across every system the client runs
RFM scoring and behavioral segmentation built from actual transaction and engagement history
Campaign-ready audience datasets delivered into the platforms you already operate — CRM, marketing automation, email service providers
Engagement and loyalty data models where the program calls for them
Dashboards and reporting for the client's leadership
Ongoing refresh and operations, so the model stays current instead of rotting after launch
How I work
White-label under your brand, or side by side as your named data partner — your client relationship stays yours either way. You work directly with a senior engineer. No bench, no handoffs, no discovery theater.
Why me
Twenty years building enterprise customer and commerce data platforms — customer masters, loyalty engines, billion-row email engagement pipelines. The same construct now ships as production systems you can review yourself.
Ownership & security
Built for you. Run by me. Your data is always yours. Client data is always exportable. Credentials live in encrypted stores, never in code. Sensitive fields get column-level encryption before they're written — the same architecture already running in production.
Questions
Before you write.
Do you take the client relationship?
No. You own the strategy and the client. I build the data layer under the program you already sold. I am a data engineering partner, not another agency in the account.
Can the work be white-label?
Yes. White-label under your brand, or side by side as a named data partner. The engineering is the same. The client relationship stays yours either way.
What do you need before you can tell whether it fits?
The systems the client runs, the segmentation or retention promise already in the proposal, and whether you want the work white-label or named. I do not need their database, a customer file, or a login.
Who owns the data and the model?
The client does. The model is built for them and stays exportable. Credentials live in encrypted stores, not in code.
How do I start a conversation?
Describe the client situation in ordinary language. I read it myself and answer inside a business day. If it is a fit, we have one focused introductory call and agree the scope before any build.
